ShredStream

TL;DR
  • What — Raw Solana shreds streamed over UDP from 7 regions.
  • Best for — Trading bots, market makers, snipers that need pre-confirmation latency edge.
  • Skip if — You only need standard JSON-RPC reads. ShredStream is a latency product for MEV / trading systems.
  • Edge — Single-digit ms ahead of public RPC. Independently benchmarked #2 globally in Frankfurt shred latency.

Stream Solana shreds before slot confirmation. Built for trading systems where every millisecond is alpha. Sub-10ms in Frankfurt (#2 globally), 7 regions live today, no whitelist.

Use this if…

  • You run a Solana trading bot, market maker, or arbitrage strategy.
  • You currently subscribe to Jito ShredStream and want a second source — or a primary with stronger Frankfurt latency.
  • You need to react to in-flight transactions before they're packed into a confirmed block.

If you want raw shreds on a dedicated link with your own IPs and bandwidth, look at Direct Shreds instead.

Why this product

Most providers can't sell shred-level access — they don't run the validators that produce them. Everstake does. Independent benchmarks rank Everstake #2 globally in Frankfurt (FRA) shred latency, which is the strongest claim in this product line.

In practice you get a lead of single-digit milliseconds over the same data flowing through public RPC, which is the difference between profitable and not for tight strategies.

How it works

Shreds are streamed in raw format over UDP from sources in multiple regions. They're meant to be received and further processed by your client software. A reference receiver implementation is Jito's shredstream-proxy — point it at your listener and start consuming.

You provide a destination IP and UDP port for every region you subscribe to.
