Access & Authentication​

How do I authenticate?​

It depends on the product. ShredStream and Relayer/TPU use tokens; Direct Shreds uses source-IP allowlists; SWQOS HTTP is open with an on-chain tip; SWQOS QUIC uses a signing keypair. See Authentication for the full matrix.

Can I share credentials across multiple servers or apps?​

For token-based products, the token is scoped to your subscription and can be used across as many backends, workers, or clients as you want. For allowlist-based products (Direct Shreds, SWQOS QUIC, Relayer/TPU), each source IP or signing pubkey needs to be listed explicitly.

How do I rotate credentials without downtime?​

Generate a new token (or add a new IP/pubkey) in the dashboard, deploy it, then revoke the old one. Both stay valid during the swap so there's no gap.

Plans & Billing​

What payment methods are accepted?​

Card and crypto. Both are configured in the dashboard; crypto invoices settle in USDC on Solana or Ethereum.

How do I upgrade or change plans?​

In the dashboard → service page → Plan. Plan changes apply immediately; prorated billing on the next cycle.

Products​

Which chains are supported?​

Blockspace MEV products target Solana exclusively — that's where Everstake's validator stake translates directly into latency and inclusion advantage.

Status & Privacy​

Is there an SLA?​

No contractual SLA on self-serve tiers — all tiers run best-effort on Everstake's production validator infrastructure. Custom SLAs are available on Enterprise contracts (separately negotiated). Live status page.

Do you log my requests?​

Operational metadata only — request counts, response times, error rates — used for billing and reliability. We do not log request bodies, response bodies, or the contents of transactions. Validator-side products (Searcher Connection) are similarly metadata-only on the validator's traffic.
